Wholegrain Fine Bulgur
Wholegrain fine bulgur is milled from whole wheat with the bran retained. Compared with white bulgur it offers markedly higher fibre, magnesium and B-vitamin content, and is in demand in healthy-eating and whole-grain product ranges.
